All vape orders confirmed via WhatsApp are routed to our on-demand express courier desk. Orders placed during operating hours (10:00 AM to 10:00 PM IST) are dispatched within 15–20 minutes with real-time runner coordinates.
2. Delivery Transit Times
- South Delhi (Saket, Hauz Khas, GK, Def Col): 30 to 45 minutes door-to-door.
- Noida (Sector 18, Sector 62, Noida Expressway): 35 to 50 minutes door-to-door.
- Gurgaon (DLF CyberHub, Golf Course Road, Sector 29): 35 to 50 minutes door-to-door.
- Central & West/North Delhi (CP, Dwarka, Rohini): 50 to 90 minutes door-to-door.
- Rest of India (All States): 2 to 4 business days via expedited air cargo (BlueDart / Delhivery).
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Automatically applied on all prepaid and COD orders with cart value above ₹999.
- Standard Shipping: A flat ₹79 shipping charge applies on orders below ₹999.

As soon as our courier partner (BlueDart, Delhivery, or DTDC) scans your package, our team automatically sends your tracking link and AWB number directly to your WhatsApp chat. You can tap the link anytime to track live GPS updates.
